A way for us to show our appreciation, is to give our customers 'Loyalty Points'. It's a simple process, which will automatically add points to each and every order you place on our website. You can choose to collect your points and store them for a future purchase or redeem them each time you re-order from us.
Overview of How Loyalty Points work
- For every £1 spent you will earn 1 point
- Points accumulate within your account profile
- You can redeem your points against any future order
- Points you hold can be deducted from the next order you place
- Points are converted to £Cash on our website and deducted from the sub total of your order
- Points have no real world cash value outside of our website
You don't need to do anything to take advantage. Every customer who shops with us, will automatically generate points within their account area. These can be redeemed at any point, as discount against an order placed with us.
Example Calculation
If you spend £115.00 net on our website, you will earn 115 points which can be redeemed against your next order
115 points = £1.15 discount
When you place your next order and redeem your points, you will still earn points on the order you are placing.
Terms and Conditions
Points are not transferrable and can not be cashed in for money. The more points you earn, the more discount £ you will save on your next visit to our website.
Your Points Sumary
If you log into your account home, you can view your reward points summary. This will show you how many points you have earned, spent, available and on hold, pending release.
